i get the following message:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

i have read a similar post and the solution was to Un-install IE Enhanced security from Windows Components. however, i do not see this option. i am using xp home would that have anything to do with it?
