We upgraded our NT4.0 domain to Win2K Active Directory. This was done by upgrading the PDC to Win2K (which automatically installed Active Directory on it) followed by installation of Win2K server and AD on another server. So we now have 2 domain controllers running AD.
However, whenever I try to open a user account to edit or select the Properties of a user account (through AD Users and Computers) the following message is displayed: “Windows cannot load the fpnwclnt.dll because the specified module could not be found”.
I don’t have FPNW running. We used to have a Novell server but we took it out of the environment a long time ago. I also checked the following registry keys:
HKLM\CurrentConrolSet\Control\LSA\Notifications and I removedthe fpnwclnt.dll value (it did exist). However I still get the pop up message about fpnwclnt.dll
Please help !
