Windows Imaging Control

Windows Imaging control has imgedit.ocx.This imaging control allows to add annotations .How can i get this annotation in my VB project.
Imaging professional for Windows supports this by
using imgedit’d method loadannotation.I don’t want to buy this license version.Windows Imaging control should have some way as it saves the annation added.
