Windows is not starting up after updating it

Hi Guys,

I was repairing a Toshiba laptop. After fixing it i decided to run microsoft update, which it picked up 61 updates. After downloading and installing the updates it requested a restart. Which i did. Now its not booting up. It stops on the black screen which gives you a option to restart it with the normally setting. But even if you choose any of the options nothing happens. Its starts the count down, stops at zero. But nothing happens. Its just does not start up.

Guys i need your help, any ideals??
