Windows minimizing automatically

Good afternoon. I have a user within our corporate network whose windows automatically minimize when there is no mouse/keyboard activity. This just started happening since our conversion to Office 2007 (remaining on XP). I have never heard of this and is there a setting somewhere that I can check?
