Windows Movie Maker Troubleshooting

Hello,

Whenever I start Windows Movie Maker I get a error message and it shuts down. I have Win Xp SP3 with IE 7 installed.
Removed IE 7 it works fine but with IE 7 it doesnt.[ Some link on search gave this idea to remove IE7 to make it work]

Can anyone help me in this regard. What exactly is the problem and how to fix this with IE 7?
