Windows NT 4.0 and Virus Updates

We use MacAffee VShield and our users have windows NT 4.0 — they do not have Admin rights on their system (to prevent them from installing un-sanctioned software) so they haven’t been getting virus updates.
How do we config the software or NT to allow them to get virus updates?
