Windows NT Crash Debug

Recently I started up a Windows NT 4.0 SP6 workstation, and while the computer was starting up on the blue screen, it came with an error, which was something on these lines – “Please restart the computer and try the recovery option or run CrashDebug.”, now then I have tried everything else except crashdebug – how do you find it/work it.
