Windows NT System Animation

Does anyone know how to change the Windows NT system animations to customized graphics? i.e., the trash flying into the recycle bin, pressing ctrl-alt-delete, etc.
I’ve already replaced the .bmp files, but cannot locate the animation files to install my own animated files.
