Windows PC crashes (different coloured screens) when playing games

Hey, I’m an hour or so in to playing a game (Arma 3/Rust) and my screen(s) either go fully black or go two different colours. For example, one went a teal colour and one turned white. This happens at random intervals usually while playing games. Does anyone have any idea? Could it be something to do with my gpu?
