Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 Extranet

Hi there,
I have WSS 3.0 installed on a webserver that sits out on the DMZ zone. If I were to open it out to be able to acess it externally, is there any licensing issue I need to be aware off? Does anyone else have a similar setup in their organization? Any insight will be much appreciated.
