Windows Update Question

Just set up 6 new Win XP Pro machines on our Netware Network. I have them each setup to receive (download and install)updates automatically every night at 3:00.

But the icon in the system tray keeps popping up saying updates are ready to be installed.

Why weren’t they installed automatically?
