Windows Update

every time I try to update to IE-9 I get this message. “WindowsUpdate_00009C53” “WindowsUpdate_dt000. Can you please assist me solving this problem. Apparently it is saying that I have some issues with my registry and I do not know how to fix it. I run windows 7 pro 64 bits.
