Windows Vista Problem

Dear All,

I am using Baan ERP System in my office. Before I was using it on Windows XP and it was working fine. Few days before I got new laptop with Windows Vista SP1. Since that day I am facing a problem that when i working on Baan, it logs out automatically during work and show error message “An error occurred while running BW. For more information, refer to the BW messages window.”
I have disabled Firewall on windows but the error is still there.
Please give me any solution of this error or how can i trace this error.
