Windows XP And HP 960c printing

On occations I get a client complaining that when he prints out a number of pages with text and graphics on them. That there will be one page in the middle of that printing job that will not have the graphics on it.

What would be the cause of this?

This problem seems to be inherant to the windows xp machines on our network. As there is another client that also has the same problem printing to our HP 2200 printer or our HP 4500 printer.

Any suggestions?
