Windows XP auto logs off so I can’t install missing drivers

Windows XP loads to the user screen. When I click Admin it says it’s logging on then quickly logs off. I know the drivers that I’m missing and I have them on a disk but I can’t get it to load at all to install them. Is there any way to install without logging on?

Safe mode and last working config don’t work…And I don’t have the restore cd.
