please help me to understand this problem
My causin, who I left in the house, must have tempered with my house computer and in the long run, the passwords were re-set. when booted my computer, the booting was ok, but when prompted to log in, keyed in my password, but it refuse, I tried my question hint, it dint yield anything, and apparently even the guest logon and his on were not working at all!
whenever I tried, this is the message that it displayed: the system cannot log on now because the domain YOUR 620A60DE7D is not available, what could be the problem? can you please assist me to understand and advice on what should be done, I risk lossing all of my important data, beside, I maybe asked to buy new windows, I lost the starter packet installation cd.
