Windows XP lockout

I’m having problem with my OS windows XP yesterday I was trying to log on and I got a blue screen with a message that my OS is lockout for protection. Now I try to use my resource cd and try to repaired but it was asking me for my Admin password and I forgot! is there a way I can fix that problem in DOS and what will be the commands to fix that problem….Thank you!!!
