Windows XP logon – default timer

In Windows XP Pro, for my users, the default logon screen comes up too quickly after a short period of inactivity. By the time they print a document, walk down the hall to retrive it and get back to their desk, XP has already reverted to the logon screen. Is there any way to change the time on this without going to the traditional (as in Win2K) logon?
