windows xp, my old disk structure , removal

Cant remove this file.

C:my old disck structure(date)

Now , what i did, i deleted a few folders.

There must be a way to destry this back up.

It will appear every time you use the windows repair utility disk. to fix windows that is not running as it should.

Any one was able to delete such a file from hard disk ?

At microsoft, they dont say much about it !
