Windows2000 Auto-Shutdown

This is probably just a registry setting, but can anyone tell me how to alter Win2000 Prof. and Server to power down an ATX machine once it goes to “It is now safe to turn off your computer”. If Windows 9x and ME can do it, I figured 2000 can as well.
