WindowsXP

Anyone has any idea why and or how,that after installing XP, internet conection is virtually impossible. Unless you sign up with MSN,other wise, “your connection to your provider is busy”

Any suggestions as to how to install WindowsXP, without missing any drivers? Nor having to signup with
Microsofts, MSN it appears you can’t connect unless you sign up with MSN.
