I need some help

Untill recently we could not share clipart for multiple users. however after find the solution, I have crreated a user template to copy users accounts feather. Once a user logs on and open ms word97 to insert a clipart it displays the following: w:\windows\artgalry.exe can not be created or opened. What is this?
