WINS Config

I have a server running IIS, DNS, PDC. Corporate gave us a memo today to start entering a WINS server address on all the clients. The WINS server is not on site, it is across the frame relay on the east coast. Should I have my own WINS server on site? like DNS? Or just go upto Corp. to resolve names? If I don’t setup my own WINS server should I put the Corp. WINS server address in my server’s IP Protocol WINS address like I would on a client?
