WINS Issue

Hello,

Our network has been experiencing WINS issues affecting the systems displayed via network neighborhood. After switching on enhanced logging I then restarted WINS and it logged the following error. Event ID: 4208 WINS could send a User Datagram Protocol (UDP) message to WINS clients. Microsoft?s TechNet and Knowledgebase has limited information on this error besides the following description; Tmm could not signal the client thread. This indicates something is seriously wrong. Any suggestions?
