WINS resolution during Ethernet Migratio

Has anyone any experience on how to easily allow WINS resolution, during a migration from Token Ring to Ethernet. I know there are problems with browsing etc, and DC’s are unhappy if they see 2 WINS servers. These machines may be multihomed between the two networks, serving requests to bthe networks. Any ideas??
