Winstall LE 2003 question

I am trying to build a MSI package for Adobe Acrobat 7.0 using winstall le 03. However, every time the package gets right at the end of installing it kicks back an error saying a .arx file failed to register. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing the problem or what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for any help anyone could give me.
