Wireless cards that support monitor mode (Promiscuous mode) in windows?

Hello, I need help finding a wireless network card for my laptop that is compatible with windows 7 and is able to be set to monitor mode or Promiscuous mode.I was wondering if anyone knew any specifically good ones that fell in between the price range of 15 – 45 dollars
