wireless connected online radio working but not able to opn sites in browsr

Hi

I’ve got a wireless connection.. when i switch on the modem my online radio is working, i am able to download from my P2P softwares but my instant messengers and browsers or outlook express don’t work at all..It works sometimes and then stops in between..

I’m on xp..

Can somebody help me out with it..??
