Wireless Connection

I work on a help desk and as of last week, my customer’s starting losing the ability to access WAP’s. They do not have admin rights. In the past, what I have done is log on as an administrator, access the WAP, log off, and then have the customer log on and access the WAP. After they leave the help desk area, they have been able to access other WAP’s, no problem. Now, for some reason, they are unable to. Is there a setting, other than Wireless Zero Configuration, that I need to try? Something I can use the LogOn with in Services? Any and all help is appreciated.
