Wireless LAN ACCESS Authentication

i provide firm to have WLAN security with 802.1x authentication with wep as encryp. with RADIUS server but as wirless client get connected by a user name and passw. for first time to WLAN very next it won’t ask for authentication it give permission to access the WLAN network why………?
