wireless non connection

Hello

I have a laptop which can see my wireless home router but cannot connect to it. My wife has a laptop which can see the same wireless router and can connect properly.

I take my laptop to work, it can see the work router and connects perfectly.

What could be wrong? Please help!

I have a linksys wireless router at home.
