wireless range on Netgear WN121T

is the anyway of increasing the wireless range on this device?

if not ive seen a usb wireless stick with has an SMC connecter with a seperate ariel standard is 4DBI, ive though about connecting this up to an outdoor 15DBI antenna, what are your thoughts on this?? 🙂
