WM 6.0 and Exhange Issues

Hi:

Hope someone can give me a hand here. Our office is configured as follows.

Advanta 3200 T1 Router
Cisco PIX 501
Server #1 2003 (AD/ Exchange/ DNS/ DHCP/ WINS)
Server #2 2003 (Blackberry Admin)

Our office is blackberry-ish but I wish to be stuborn and keep my Blackjack with WM 6.0. We have MS OWA configured for port 8088 and it is passed through the firewall, mobile services is OK’d in all profiles and installed in exchange, but when I go to configure my blackjack to synch with exchange, I get synch errors. What data or information can I provide for someone to make this happen for us WM lovers. Thanks in adavnce for your consideration.
