Wondering the best way to supplement my education…

I currently have only an AAS in Accounting and Business Managment and another in Microcomputer Specialist.

I’ve managed to work my way into an IT position because of my experience. My title is IT Coordinator but I’m the first IT person my company has ever had and I support four clinics with approx 250 people.

I really need to learn more about servers/networking. My strengths are user support, pc maintenance and the AS/400.

An overview of what we have: two Windows 2003 servers with one running MSDE for Great Plains, the clinics are connected through T1 and dedicated telephone lines, the practice management software is stored on the AS/400.

Any advice would be welcome. I’m not sure which direction to head. Thanks very much!
