WORD 2000 FLASHING SCREEN

On 5 PCS I have installed win 2000 pro and offic 2000 on all of these machines when word the document page flashes/blinks constantly. Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone have a fix for this? Email me MichaelBobko@Hotmail.Com
