Word 2003 Macros

Hi all! Hoping someone can help before I jump! Have Office 2003 installed on a desktop running XP Pro. Network environment. When trying to create a toolbar macro for letterhead….like I’ve done 100 times before……it goes away after I close Word. Have renamed Normal.dot thinking problem’s there. Nope. Have renamed registry “data” key. Nope. Thought macro security was an issue….set to low. Nope. I can NOT keep macros on the toolbar no matter what I do. Please help.
