Word 2003 problem

I have a user that has an ongoing problem. User opens a document before printing in print preview and the bottom of document is not visible and will not print. This happens randomly. I had user delete normal.dot. The problem was solved for the day. It reappeared the next morning. It happens on various documents without a pattern.
