New here and I sorry if this has already been posted before.
We are experiencing problems with Word 2007 documents not able to print out Excel Embedded objects (graphics, tables and equations).
It shows a perfect document in Print Preview, however, no matter which HP laser printers we used, it doesn’t show the embedded object, just a blank spot. Funny thing is, if we print it via Ricoh laser printers, it shows a black box instead.
Even tried converting the Word 2007 docx to pdf via word converter in Word 2007. It shows a black box. So we take it it’s to do with the Word 2007 itself, rather than any printers we used. The drivers are all updated to prove it’s not a printer driver issue.
Any help would be much appreciated as there are many of us who are struggling with this issue and not able to locate the solution. No help from Microsoft site as well.
