WORD – copy & paste

For copying from web page and pdf to Word 03 document, I use the Edit-Paste Special-Unformatted Text feature.
This can be troublesome if there’re a lot of copying.
I have installed a little program from TechRepulic to make this job easier, but when re-installed my OS (XP prof) I’ve lost this little helper.
Can anyone please help me to locate this copy & paste program or other program for unformatted text.
