Word document linked to Access database

I have an Access db with trades/transactions. Commission on each transaction must be invoiced to the buyer/seller. I built an invoice in Word and would like to link the document to the fields in Access. Each new transaction should generate an invoice for buyer and one for seller. Can this be done dynamically?
