Word / Excel Templates

Hi guys, my company currently uses an estimating program that is comprised of several Word and Excel templates. On one of our machines, when closing out of one of the templates (let’s say template1), the computer will as the user if they would like to save document1, which is fine. However, upon selecting yes or no for that option, it then prompts the user if they would like to save template1 as well.

Even if I select yes, the template goes unchanged, but this is an annoying bug, and the fact that it’s only on one machine bothers me. Any suggestions?
