Ok, here’s a good question for someone who’s a Word Guru!
We are doing a mail merge from our database. We have a template setup for the letter that includes the header and a footer.
We’ve included all the fields that we want and the text to be included in the letter. This letter is going out to multiple persons. And the letter is 2 pages long for each person.
Our problem is that when we merge, we get the first letter perfect! Header is included, the 2nd page is great.
Problem 1
However on the 2nd page of the letter to the first person, there is a “Letter to …., Date, and Page # of #”
Problem 2
On the next letter to the 2nd person, the first page is missing the Header, and the 2nd page to the 2nd person is also got the same problem as problem #1.
And so on.
Any ideas on how we can fix this?
