WordPerfect to Word

I got a new PC a few months ago, with Windows 10 and the latest versions of Word and Works. I have some WordPerfect files, which I was on the old PC able to read with Works or Word, I forget which, but which neither of those tools gives a readable display of. I think my best bet is to convert them to Word, but how do I set about that?
