Working Together Well.

Has anyone here had that one bad “in-your-face” kind of obnoxious, boasting, trouble causing co-worker that no matter how much you try to reason with them they just use it to their own evil ends, multiplying the little bit of attention you give themfrom trying to work it out with them into a lot of negative attention, almost like this is their favorite food or something?

I have had some success with getting the whole group to withdraw attention, “cold-shouldering” them until they change.Has anyone else some tips to share on how to deal with these people, getting them to either chose to change or leave?
