Working with Calendars and picture library in Sharepoint

I have a calendar in sharepoint that has entries for birthdates of all employees.
I have a picture library that has pictures of all employees.
I have a sharepoint home page that should show a picture of each employee when they reach their birthday.

How can I do that?
