Workstation Service Failure

We have W2000 Advanced Server SP3
After restart server the event log error starts with Event ID:3113 – Initialization failed because the requested service redirector could not be startedand then is followed with Event ID: 7024 – The Workstation service terminated with service-specific error 2250, and Event ID: 7001 – The Computer Browser service depends on the Workstation service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service has returned a service-specific error code, and finally Event ID: 7001 – The Messenger service depends on the Workstation service which failed to start because of the following error:
The service has returned a service-specific error code.
