Writing a SOP Manual

I have been asked to write a SOP manual for our IT Department (10-15 staff members). Does anyone know of a good resource to help me tackle this job? I have found several excellent sources on TechRepublic?s web site on particular issues, but I needhelp organizing the big picture.
