Wrong driver download

I downloaded a driver to update my Tiny PC which is running XP Home Edition but since it installed I cant use my computer I switch it on everything loads in then it freezes cant use myt mouse or keyboard I have to switch off by the power button the only key that works is the del key that takes me into the bios I cant access the safe mode to do a restore and as it is a Tiny Computer I have no installation CD any help out there this is driving me nuts
