X-drive security issues?

I have a new user that wants to use his X-DRIVE.com account on his workstation. I never heard of it before I saw him install it (un-authorized of course) on his machine. Does this type of software open me up to security issues for my network. I havea 24/7 T1 connection for my NT 4.0 network.
